Specific Cancellation Policies

Flights: For tickets categorized as “flexible,“ cancellations made before departure are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations for non-flexible tickets may incur a cancellation fee and could be non-refundable. Please refer to the airline’s specific terms for details.


Hotels: Cancellation and refunds comply with the operator“s policies. Promotional fares generally do not allow refunds.


Rental Cars: Refund and cancellation policies vary based on the type of booking. Prepaid bookings may incur cancellation fees, with refunds processed according to the rental company’s terms.


Cruises: Most cruises have specific cancellation periods, typically 60 to 90 days prior to departure, but these terms may vary. Cancellations within this window may result in substantial penalties or be non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellation costs under certain circumstances (terms apply).


Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed based on the respective service provider’s policies. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing. Processing times may vary depending on the provider and payment method; refunds for credit card payments may appear in the following billing cycle.


No-Show Policy

Failure to cancel a booking or show up for a scheduled service may result in non-refundable charges.
